Returns, Refunds, & Replacement Policy

General Policy

Buyers who purchase Products from us may apply for return, refund, or exchange within thirty (30) days from the date the order was received. At all times, we have full and sole discretion to determine whether to accept any request for return, exchange, or refund. 


Grounds for Return, Replacement, and Refund 

We check all Products are checked for physical damage before they are packed and shipped out. However, in the event that any of the following occur, Buyers may request for return, replacement, or refund a Product:

  1. Factory defects; 
  2. Physical damage caused by courier handling; or, 
  3. Delivery of incorrect item.

In cases of (1) factory defects, or (2) physical damage caused by courier handling, Buyers may return the items or request for a refund.

In all three cases mentioned above, we may also process a replacement of the item.

Buyers may not return, replace, or refund a Product due to: (a) change of mind, or (2) any physical damage discovered after the package has been opened (unless such damage was caused by courier handling).


Application Process for Return, Replacement, and Refunds 

For return application, kindly follow the below process:

  1. Send a support ticket via our Customer Support box and choose “Returns” as the subject
  2. Complete the form, and add supporting images, if possible.
  3. Our team will then reach out to you and assess the return/replacement/refund process.


Refund
Timeline

Please allow 7 working days for refund processing through G-cash and 7-10 working days for refund through debit/credit card.


Shipping

Buyers will shoulder shipping fee for returning items. 

In cases of replacement, we will shoulder the cost of shipping the new items to you.
