Shipping Policy

GENERAL POLICY

We partner with third-party logistics companies (the “Courier”) to process the delivery of your orders. 
Once the purchased Products are ready for delivery, a shipping confirmation will be sent to you, through your e-mail address or mobile number on record, notifying you of the estimated date or time of delivery. Once your order arrives, you must present the order number to accept the delivery. Once your order has been delivered, you will receive an electronic receipt of your purchase via e-mail.

DELIVERY TIME AND METHODS

Your order shall be delivered by the Courier, who shall be responsible for delivery processing and logistics. Fan Life makes no warranty as to the performance of the Courier’s obligations.
Delivery of orders vary in accordance with location:
  • FOR AREAS WITHIN METRO MANILA: Standard delivery should take around 5-10 working days (Monday-Saturday).
  • FOR PROVINCIAL AREAS (OUTSIDE METRO MANILA, WITHIN THE PHILIPPINES): Standard delivery should take around 7-14 working days. 

  • We currently do not ship outside the Philippines.

Our regular delivery hours are from 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., excluding weekends and holidays. You understand, however, that delivery delays may occur, due to matters beyond our control. Moreover, given quarantine restrictions imposed from time to time and road traffic, the lead time for delivery may vary. In the event that the items are not delivered within the estimated date or time, you may email us through hello@fanlife.ph.


UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

We shall not be liable for non-delivery if the reasons are beyond our control, which include, but are not limited to, logistical difficulties, force majeure, and other unforeseen events.

If you are not able to accept the delivered products, or we or the Courier are unable to locate the point of delivery designated by you, due to inaccurate and/or incomplete instructions, then the Products shall be considered to have been delivered to you. 

Any storage, insurance, or other cost, expense, or charge incurred as a result of an unsuccessful delivery or your refusal to accept the delivery without valid reason, shall be your responsibility, and you hereby agree to indemnify us in full for such costs. All risks and responsibility in relation to the foregoing shall be borne by you.
